Schools & Educators
Schools are on the frontline of digital safety, and increasingly, of cyberattacks. 73% of secondary schools identified a breach or attack in the last 12 months (DSIT 2025/2026). Meanwhile, students are growing up digitally connected but often digitally unprotected. Cyber Heroez works with schools to deliver age-appropriate, hands-on cybersecurity education that fits your curriculum, supports your teachers, and genuinely engages your students.
The Gap in Schools
73% of secondary schools identified a breach or attack in the last 12 months (DSIT 2025/2026). Schools hold sensitive data (student records, staff information, safeguarding files) and are increasingly targeted. Beyond protecting your systems, there's an educational gap: most students receive only occasional digital safety assemblies rather than structured, progressive cybersecurity education. Hero Skool closes it with 80+ published courses and 380+ lessons running from KS3 to A-level, mapped to the National Curriculum for Computing and aligned to AQA and OCR Computer Science specifications at GCSE, AS and A-level.
Women make up just 17% of the UK cyber workforce, dropping to 12% in senior roles (DSIT 2025). The pipeline problem starts early. By showing all students, regardless of gender, background, or prior experience, that cybersecurity is creative, impactful, and within reach, we help build a more diverse, capable future workforce.

- +AI literacy and responsible technology use (all key stages)
- +Career pathways in cybersecurity and tech (secondary and sixth form)
- +Teacher CPD: supporting your staff to deliver digital safety content with confidence
Heroez Coding Club in Your School
We can run after-school and lunchtime coding clubs directly in your school, using the 17 published Coding Club courses on Hero Skool. Students meet peers who share their interests and work through projects they finish and keep. For students showing serious interest, our Mentorship programme, which is running now, connects them with working professionals and can sponsor professional certifications where we are able, creating a genuine pathway from classroom curiosity to career.
Supporting Parents Too
Education works best when home and school reinforce the same messages. Cyber Guardian parent workshops are in development, planned for 2027, and designed to run at your school so families understand what their children are learning and how to support digital safety at home. In the meantime OROQ is free for families today, and you are welcome to point parents at it. If you would want to host workshops when they open, tell us and we will keep you on the list.
OROQ for Schools
OROQ is free for families today and live on the Chrome Web Store and on Firefox. Classroom Mode, which will give teachers a single toggle to set browsing rules across a whole class during lessons, blocking distracting sites while keeping educational resources reachable, is coming with the school plan and is not available yet. If a school plan is something you would want, get in touch and we will make sure you hear when it lands.
Let's Work Together
Contact us to discuss what would work best for your school. We are flexible on format, timing and delivery, and we price around what a school can actually spend rather than a fixed rate card. We believe every student deserves access to quality cybersecurity education regardless of their school budget, so tell us your constraints and we will tell you what we can do.
