On the Panel: SPEED Entrepreneur Workshop
Owhonda and Dipesh joined a panel of entrepreneurs at the SPEED workshop, sharing our startup journey with over 50 university students at Wolverhampton Science Park.
On 12 November 2025, Cyber Heroez co-founders Owhonda Nwokekoro and Dipesh Thapa were invited to speak on the entrepreneur panel at SPEED (Supporting and Promoting Enterprise and Entrepreneurial Development), hosted at the University of Wolverhampton Science Park.
SPEED welcomed over 50 students from the Wolverhampton Business School, including Level 4 Responsible Business students, Level 6 Enterprise Change Management students, and Level 7 Digital and Entrepreneurial Marketing students. The event gave students the opportunity to experience the entrepreneurial ecosystem at the Science Park, learn about business startup support, and take part in a Q&A with a diverse panel of founders.
Alongside fellow entrepreneurs from GCSE Newton, Goal-Driven CIC, Hayward Social Studio, Roundy Strength and Fitness, The Authentic Leadership Group, LoyAI, Housing Homeless Solutions, Jinx Gaming, and Apocalypse Games, we shared insights on pitching, idea generation, building an entrepreneurial mindset, and stepping out of your comfort zone.
Opportunities like this are exactly why we are based at the Science Park. Being part of the SPEED ecosystem means we can share our journey with the next generation of entrepreneurs, and show them that a CIC built around cybersecurity and community impact is a viable and rewarding path.
